About the Role
Dreamtime Learning Hub is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Operations & Customer Support Executive to manage parent interactions, admissions support, fee collections, and day-to-day front office operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a service-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Parent & Customer Support
Act as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for parent communications.
Handle parent inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally.
Maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective parents.
Coordinate regular communication regarding programs, events, and updates.
Admissions & Lead Management
Call and follow up with prospective leads generated through various channels.
Schedule and coordinate school visits and tours for interested parents.
Explain programs, curriculum, and enrollment procedures to prospective families.
Support the admissions process and maintain lead records.
Fee Collection & Administration
Follow up on pending fee payments and ensure timely collections.
Maintain fee collection records and provide payment updates.
Coordinate with management regarding outstanding payments.
Front Office Operations
Manage daily front desk activities and visitor handling.
Maintain student, parent, and administrative records.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and administrative support.
Coordinate with teachers and management for operational requirements.
School Tours & Parent Engagement
Conduct guided school tours for prospective parents.
Present the school's facilities, programs, and learning environment.
Assist parents during the enrollment process and address their queries.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in customer support, admissions, front office, or operations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
Basic proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and email communication.
Ability to multitask and manage administrative responsibilities effectively.
Must own a laptop for day-to-day work requirements.
Preferred Skills
Experience in schools, preschools, learning centers, or educational institutions.
Strong follow-up and conversion skills.
Positive attitude, professionalism, and customer-centric approach.
