About the Role
Webzark Technologies & Co. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor Intern to join our remote team. This is a great opportunity for freshers who want real-world experience working on social media and promotional video content.
If you enjoy shaping raw footage into engaging videos and have a good sense of pacing, storytelling, and editing, this role is for you.
Internship Details
- Duration: 3 Months
- Mode: Remote
- Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (task-based work, flexible execution)
- Stipend: No stipend for the first 90 days. Performance-based stipend may be offered after the internship period.
Responsibilities
- Edit videos for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Cut, trim, and arrange footage to create engaging content
- Add subtitles, sound effects, and basic transitions where needed
- Perform basic color correction and audio syncing
- Deliver assigned tasks within the given timelines
- Collaborate with the team to refine and improve video quality
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome (experience is a plus)
- Strong video editing skills using any editing software you are comfortable with
- Basic understanding of pacing, cuts, and storytelling in video
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
- Portfolio or showreel is mandatory with the application
Preferred Skills
- Experience editing social media videos or YouTube content
- Basic knowledge of subtitles, sound sync, and color correction
- Creativity and attention to detail
