Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) for our Samsung Mobile Division in Chhattisgarh. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in mobile handset sales, with at least 4 years of relevant experience in managing sales operations, distributor/channel partnerships, and team performance in the telecom/mobile industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory.
- Manage and grow channel partner relationships (distributors, retailers).
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Ensure effective market penetration and brand visibility.
- Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to ensure high productivity.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to implement regional promotional campaigns.
- Provide timely MIS and sales reports to management.
- Address customer and partner concerns professionally and effectively.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in mobile handset sales or telecom FMCG sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing channel operations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Good market knowledge of Chhattisgarh and surrounding regions.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Proficiency in Excel, MIS, and reporting tools preferred.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 per year
