Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our hospital services, build strong relationships with doctors and corporate clients, and increase patient referrals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, marketing, and networking skills.
Key Responsibilities
Promote hospital services to doctors, clinics, corporates, and healthcare partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with referral doctors and corporate clients.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Conduct field visits to increase patient referrals. Coordinate health camps, awareness programs, and events. Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Achieve monthly marketing targets and prepare performance reports. Work closely with hospital departments to ensure quality patient service.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field. 1–3 years of experience in marketing (Hospital/Healthcare experience preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Willingness to travel for field marketing activities.
