Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Business Development Executive to drive student enrolments, generate business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and consistently achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent sales, counselling, and lead generation skills while thriving in a target-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and recommend suitable language programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads while actively generating self-sourced leads.
- Convert enquiries into successful enrolments through effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners and corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and maximize conversions.
Performance & Targets
- Variable pay during the probation period (first 3 months) based on performance.
- Minimum 50% target achievement required for variable payout.
- Incentives unlocked upon achieving 90% or above of the assigned target.
Compensation
- Probation: Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Variable Pay.
- Post Probation: 100% Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives.
- Monthly incentives and performance bonuses based on target achievement.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Counselling, or Education/EdTech Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven experience in lead generation and sales conversion.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Target-oriented with a proactive and self-driven approach.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
