Responsibilities : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for Labware LIMS systems. - Design and implement configuration solutions that align with business objectives and enhance system performance. - Provide technical expertise in Labware LIMS to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently. - Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of configurations. - Train end-users on system functionalities and best practices to maximize system utilization. - Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all system configurations and operations.
