Job Summary
Trustbox Global Solution Private Limited is looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process to fulfill the company's manpower requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels. attend Job fair , Bukl hiring
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates until joining.
- Maintain recruitment databases and daily hiring reports.
- Coordinate onboarding formalities for new employees.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Eligibility
- Education: Any Graduate, Under graduate
- Experience: Fresher or 6 months–2 years of recruitment experience
- Experience in BPO or bulk hiring will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
- Positive attitude and team player.
