- Assist in the preparation and cooking of South Indian dishes.
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to meet service requirements.
- Handle food storage and inventory management.
- Assist in managing kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Comply with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
