We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive to help expand our market presence and strengthen customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new retail, wholesale and distributor networks.
- Generate B2B and institutional business opportunities.
- Visit retailers, supermarkets, cafés, gyms and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Support offline marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research and identify new growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development (FMCG, Food, Consumer Goods or Nutrition industry preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Willingness to travel within Indore and nearby areas.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
