Realty Canvas is looking for a Sales Manager to lead an inspire our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate management and a proven track record in driving business growth, especially in high-profile projects like M3M, Elan, TARC, Whiteland, DLF, and Emaar.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve sales goals.
-Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
-Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.
-Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
-Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
-Prepare and present sales reports to upper management.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of proven success in real estate sales.
1+ year of leadership, mentoring experience preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skill.
Goal-driven, self-motivated and result-oriented.
