About Us
About the role: MY ARMOR (MyArmor Wellness Pvt. Ltd.) is a D2C brand across Bedding, Baby, Home and Pet, selling on Amazon, Flipkart and Shopify. We're hiring a Marketplace Growth Manager to grow our marketplace business — revenue, ads and account performance — with a primary focus on scaling Flipkart. This is a growth role focused on sales and ad efficiency — not operations, warehousing, logistics or delivery. If your background is in fulfillment or supply chain, this isn't the right fit.
Who we're looking for Someone who has driven growth on a major marketplace — Amazon or Flipkart — and is ready to own and scale our Flipkart business going forward. Deep Amazon Seller Central experience with some Flipkart exposure works perfectly, as long as you're confident managing Flipkart as your main platform here.
What you'll do
- Own and grow our Flipkart Seller Hub — listings, catalog, content, pricing and buy box.
- Plan and run marketplace ads (Flipkart PLA/FAP, Amazon Sponsored) to hit ROAS and TACOS targets.
- Drive month-on-month revenue growth and plan sale events (BBD, Prime Day, Big Sale).
- Improve account health, ratings, conversion and search visibility.
- Coordinate with our supply team on inventory and F-Assured so listings stay live (coordination, not execution).
- Report weekly on sales, ad spend, growth and key metrics.
Requirements
- 2+ years hands-on managing a brand's/seller's growth on Amazon or Flipkart — sales + ads, not personal reselling and not marketplace operations/logistics.
- Proven marketplace ads experience (Flipkart PLA/FAP or Amazon Sponsored) with direct revenue and ROAS ownership.
- Run at least one major sale event (BBD / Prime Day / Big Sale) start to finish.
- Readiness to own Flipkart as the primary platform (existing Flipkart exposure preferred).
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets (pivot, vlookup) and comfort reading marketplace data.
- Fluent with metrics: ASP, ROAS, TACOS, buy box, conversion, account health.
- Able to work on-site at Gota, Ahmedabad.
Preferred
- Direct Flipkart Seller Hub experience.
- D2C / consumer-brand background.
- Track record of scaling a category from low to high monthly revenue.
Education
- Bachelor's degree (any stream); business, marketing or commerce preferred.
Salary
- ₹40,000/month onwards — based on experience and proven track record.
