We are looking for an enthusiastic and target oriented Travel Consultant Sales to handle customer enquiries, understand travel requirements, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming travel enquiries and understand customer requirements.
Prepare and present suitable domestic and international tour packages.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries, negotiations, and objections professionally.
Coordinate with the Operations team for smooth booking and tour execution.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and sales.
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat/referral business.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Travel Sales / Tourism / Customer Sales preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred.
Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
Target oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
