Candidate Requirements for Project Manager -
1. Qualification - BE- Civil ( Only Degree holders required)
2. Work Experience - Min - 10 to 12 yrs of Experience into commercial Project Handling
( NICMAR certified will be preferred)
3. Job Location - Bhiwandi - Maharashtra
4. Working Days - Monday to Saturday
5. Immediate Joiners required.
Role & Responsibilities -
- Overall Construction Budgeting, Estimations and Executions.
- Coordination with construction team, site supervisors, contractors & sub-contractors, Material suppliers etc.
- Specialization in construction of industrial pre engineered buildings. Internal Road Works & other infrastructural facilities.
- Experience in managing projects spread over minimum of 156 acres.
