Job Summary
Provide inside operational support to the sales team across industry functions. Handle order processing, quotation preparation, CRM updates and customer communication while coordinating with operations and dispatch teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming orders accurately and on time through ERP/system.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices and order acknowledgements.
- Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams for delivery scheduling.
- Follow up on pending deliveries and proactively update customers.
- Manage CRM records, including contacts, leads, opportunities and orders.
- Generate weekly sales pipeline, order status and revenue MIS reports.
- Handle inbound customer calls and emails and route them to relevant executives.
- Support the field sales team with documentation, proposals and product information.
Requirements
- Any Graduate; commerce or business background preferred.
- 0–4 years of experience in sales coordination or a related role.
- Experience with ERP/Tally or similar order-processing systems.
- Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Quotation preparation and CRM data management skills.
- Strong customer email and telephone handling skills.
- Good documentation accuracy and attention to detail.
- Tamil and English communication skills.
Pay: ₹16,700.00 - ₹26,700.00 per month
