We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our real team. You will be responsible for guiding high-net-worth clients through property purchases, generating leads, and closing high-value sales deals. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the local property market, a proven track record of meeting quotas, and excellent negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Meet with prospective buyers to understand their budget, location preferences, and property requirements.
- Property Showings: Arrange and conduct site visits, highlighting property features, amenities, and investment potential.
- Deal Closure: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes and drive revenue growth.
- Lead Generation: Proactively source new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and following up on digital leads.
- Market Expertise: Stay fully updated on real estate market trends, competitor pricing, and upcoming development projects.
- Transaction Coordination: Collaborate with legal, finance, and post-sales teams to ensure smooth booking, documentation, and registry processes.
- Mentorship: Assist in training and guiding junior sales executives, helping them overcome objections and close deals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Proven work experience as a Senior Sales Executive or Real Estate Specialist, Investment Banking.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, closing, and interpersonal skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Adaptability: Ability to travel for site visits and work flexible hours to accommodate client schedules.
