Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects within the power sector, with a strong emphasis on electrical infrastructure and renewable energy installations. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects while ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of project planning, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources allocation.

Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.

Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.

Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.

Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, providing updates on progress, budget, and any deviations from the original plan.

Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.

Foster a collaborative working environment, promoting communication and teamwork among project stakeholders.

Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the project management process.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the power sector, with a focus on electrical infrastructure projects. Experience in renewable energy projects (solar & wind) is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage multidisciplinary teams.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6).

Familiarity with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.

PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.

Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
