Sales Team Leader – Corporate T-Shirts Sales
The Team Leader will lead and manage a team of 4 -5 tele-sales executives handling corporate customised T-shirt sales. Responsibilities include allocating leads, monitoring daily call performance, guiding the team to achieve sales targets, coordinating with design and production teams, and ensuring excellent customer follow-ups. The role requires strong leadership, sales coordination skills, and experience in telesales or corporate apparel sales, achievement of sales targets.
Salary Package - 3.6 L - 4.8L /p.a. CTC
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
