About Ananta Hike
Ananta Hike is an outdoor and experiential activity company that creates trekking, adventure, outdoor learning and experiential programs for schools, students, groups and organisations.
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of our digital presence, generate leads and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Job Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end digital marketing activities, including:
- Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Plan and create engaging social media content, reels, videos and posts
- Create marketing creatives using Canva, Photoshop or similar tools
- Handle video editing for reels, promotional videos and campaigns
- Write captions, blogs, website content and advertising copy
- Plan and execute SEO activities, keyword research and on-page optimisation
- Monitor website performance and Google Analytics
- Plan and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Generate and nurture leads through digital marketing campaigns
- Manage email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns
- Update website content and landing pages
- Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
- Analyse competitors and identify new marketing opportunities
- Coordinate with influencers and relevant partners for collaborations
- Develop campaigns to promote trekking, adventure and experiential programs
- Continuously test and optimise campaigns to improve reach, engagement and lead generation
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing preferred
- Strong understanding of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Good knowledge of content creation and digital marketing strategy
- Experience with Canva and video editing tools
- Good content writing and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and digital marketing analytics
- Creative, proactive and result-oriented approach
- Ability to independently plan and execute marketing campaigns
- Candidates with practical knowledge and strong portfolios are encouraged to apply
