Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for BGV services
- Reach out to HR teams, recruitment agencies, staffing firms, startups, corporates, and enterprises
- Conduct outbound sales through:
- Cold calling
- LinkedIn outreach
- Email campaigns
- WhatsApp communication
- Networking and referrals
- Schedule and attend client meetings/demo calls
- Explain company services and convert leads into paying clients
- Build long-term relationships with clients and HR professionals
- Coordinate with operations team for onboarding and client requirements
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM updates
- Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets
- Explore partnerships with HRMS, ATS, recruitment consultants, and staffing companies
- Contribute ideas for market expansion and revenue growth
Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong confidence in speaking with business clients
- Sales-oriented mindset with revenue focus
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Basic understanding of HR, recruitment, or BGV industry is a plus
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, Excel, and email communication
