- Preparing for sales pitch by doing research and analysis
- Understanding Builders requirement and needs
- Explaining about the product and features
- Creating a customized package for the builders
- Maintaining good business relationship with builder
- Responsible for new and renewal business
- Responsible for daily/weekly/monthly tracker
- Achieve at least 90 % of the targets
- 4-7 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate domain
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Aggressive with drive and high energy levels who shows potential to convert sales & achieve targets
- Should be extremely good in follow
- Result Driven, Customer Champion
- Develops self & Team, promotes good work ethics & professionalism
