We are looking for a compassionate and confident Customer Relationship Executive with prior experience in the matrimonial industry. This role involves guiding members through their matchmaking journey, conducting profile screening, making introductory calls, and recommending premium services where appropriate.
The ideal candidate is an empathetic communicator who can build trust with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including divorced and widowed members, while maintaining professionalism and sensitivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen and verify member profiles to ensure quality and authenticity.
- Conduct introductory outbound calls to understand members' expectations and relationship preferences.
- Build rapport with members and provide personalized guidance throughout their journey.
- Handle conversations with divorced, widowed, and remarriage-seeking members with empathy, discretion, and professionalism.
- Recommend and upsell suitable membership plans and premium matchmaking services based on member needs.
- Follow up with prospective and existing members to improve engagement and conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet monthly targets for member engagement, conversions, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer relationship, customer support, telesales, or matchmaking role within the matrimonial industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Tamil and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Comfortable handling sensitive conversations with empathy and emotional maturity.
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills without being overly sales-focused.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Workspace, and basic computer applications.
