We are looking for an experienced Travel Consultant to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in flight ticketing, hotel bookings, travel itinerary planning, and customer coordination. Prior experience in a travel agency or travel management company is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international flight bookings.
- Manage hotel reservations based on client requirements.
- Prepare travel itineraries and provide travel-related assistance.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel vendors.
- Process cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and travel modifications.
- Ensure timely confirmations and travel documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve travel-related queries.
- Maintain accurate booking records and client information.
Mandatory Requirements
- Previous experience in Travel & Hotel Booking is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with flight reservation systems (GDS preferred – Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre).
- Good knowledge of domestic and international travel procedures.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple bookings.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of visa assistance and travel insurance.
- Good negotiation skills with hotels and travel vendors.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Certification in Travel & Tourism will be an added advantage.
