About the Role
MRUDRAKOSH FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a proactive and result-oriented Regional Officer to oversee and expand its BC Point (Business Correspondent) network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing BC operations, onboarding new BC partners, ensuring compliance, driving business growth, and providing continuous support to BC Point operators within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new BC Point partners.
- Monitor the performance and productivity of existing BC Points.
- Conduct regular follwups to ensure smooth operations and service quality.
- Provide training and operational support to BC Point operators.
- Resolve operational issues and coordinate with internal departments for timely solutions.
- Achieve regional business for account openings, financial transactions, and other banking services.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and MIS for regional activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with BC partners and banking officials.
- Promote digital banking and financial inclusion initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Freshers are welcome).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
