Solar Project Coordinator – Rooftop C&I & Ground-Mount
Role Overview
The Solar Project Coordinator will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of rooftop commercial & industrial (C&I) and ground-mount solar projects. This role requires strong coordination skills, technical understanding of solar installations, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and quality project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution
- Coordinate end-to-end project activities from site survey to commissioning.
- Develop project timelines, resource allocation plans, and progress trackers.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Provide regular updates to management and clients on project status.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Technical Coordination
- Support engineering teams in reviewing designs, layouts, and BOQs.
- Ensure proper installation of rooftop and ground-mount systems as per technical specifications.
- Monitor performance testing and quality assurance during commissioning.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project records including permits, approvals, and compliance documents.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and dashboards for management.
- Track project costs and highlight variances against budgets.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil preferred) or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience in solar project coordination (rooftop C&I and/or ground-mount).
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, site survey processes, and installation practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, project management tools, and documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel to project sites as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
