Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Operations Engineer to support and maintain cloud-based platforms and applications hosted on Microsoft Azure. The role focuses on production support, incident management, platform monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring the availability and stability of business-critical services.
This position requires participation in a 24x7 support model, including rotational shifts, on-call support, and weekend coverage.

Monitor and support production applications and infrastructure hosted on Azure.

Troubleshoot and resolve application, platform, infrastructure, and database-related issues.

Participate in incident management, problem resolution, and RCA activities.

Support Azure services, networking components, and security controls.
-
Manage and support Kubernetes (AKS), Docker, and containerized workloads.
-
Monitor and support SQL databases, including performance analysis, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.

Configure and maintain monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Azure Monitor, and ELK.

Support CI/CD deployments and release activities.
-
Manage certificates, secrets, and Azure Key Vault.
-
Create and maintain operational documentation and runbooks.
-
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure smooth operations.

Strong experience supporting production environments on Microsoft Azure.

Good understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
-
Experience with Kubernetes (AKS), Docker, and containerized applications.

Experience with SQL Server and/or Azure SQL Database, including query analysis and performance troubleshooting.

Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Azure Monitor, or ELK.

Knowledge of Windows system administration.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-
Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or other Infrastructure as Code tools.

Knowledge of PowerShell or Python scripting.

Exposure to Azure DevOps and automation practices.
-
Azure certifications are an advantage.

Willingness to work in a 24x7 support environment.

Participation in rotational shifts, on-call support, including nights and weekends.

Ability to respond to critical production incidents outside business hours when required.
