Role Overview
We are looking for an Investment Banking Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs to students and working professionals aspiring to build careers in investment banking and financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training on Investment Banking concepts and processes.
- Teach Capital market , Trade cycle, Derivatives, Reconciliation , Settlements . M&A, Equity Research
- Develop and update course materials, assignments, case studies, and assessments.
- Conduct live classroom and online training sessions.
- Mentor students and guide them on industry requirements and career opportunities.
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
- Support placement preparation through resume reviews, mock interviews, and technical interview training.
- Stay updated with current trends in investment banking and capital markets.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of M&A, Equity Research, and Capital Markets.
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for learners.
Qualifications
- MBA (Finance), CA, CFA (completed/pursuing), or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in Investment Banking, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, or Financial Training preferred.
Preferred
- Experience in training fresh graduates and working professionals.
- Experience creating industry-relevant case studies and projects.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
