We are hiring Customer Support Associate For New Zealand,England and Kannada domestic process,,,
We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to handle outbound calls and engage with potential customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be comfortable making outbound calls, and be able to build rapport with customers to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
- Explain products/services and address customer inquiries.
- Maintain a database of customer information and update records.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries effectively.
- Collaborate with the team to improve sales and engagement strategies.
Requirements:
- Good verbal communication skills in Kannada and English.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and customer interaction.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Prior experience in telecalling/customer service is a plus.
