About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to accurately manage and maintain company data. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and software.
- Verify data accuracy and correct errors whenever required.
- Organize and maintain digital records and documentation.
- Prepare reports and maintain data records as assigned.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy.
- Complete assigned tasks within the given timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in data entry or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with data management tools.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
