Job Summary
The HR Biometric Executive is responsible for administering and maintaining the organization's biometric attendance system to ensure accurate employee time and attendance records. The role supports payroll processing by validating attendance data, resolving discrepancies, and coordinating with employees, supervisors, and HR teams. The position also ensures compliance with company attendance policies and maintains confidentiality of employee records while providing timely reports and system support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operation and maintenance of biometric attendance systems across assigned locations.
- Monitor employee attendance records and identify missing punches, anomalies, or discrepancies for timely resolution.
- Coordinate with department heads and employees to verify attendance corrections and approvals.
- Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports for HR and management.
- Support payroll processing by ensuring attendance and leave records are accurate and up to date.
- Register new employees in biometric systems and deactivate records for separated employees in accordance with company procedures.
- Troubleshoot basic biometric device issues and coordinate with IT or external vendors for technical support when required.
- Ensure compliance with attendance policies, leave procedures, and applicable organizational guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality of employee attendance data.
- Assist in audits and provide attendance-related reports and records as requested.
- Support HR operations with employee data management and administrative tasks as needed.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in HR or HRIS systems are an advantage.
Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in HR administration, attendance management, payroll support, or biometric system administration.
- Experience using biometric attendance systems and HRIS platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with payroll inputs and employee timekeeping processes is desirable.

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in biometric attendance and timekeeping systems.
- Good working knowledge of HRIS and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Understanding of attendance, leave management, and payroll processes.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and generate reports.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
