About Us
Pentagon Infra Ventures is a fast-growing infrastructure and construction company engaged in civil construction, contracting, and building material solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing & Accounts Executive to manage billing operations, maintain financial records, and support the day-to-day accounting functions of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare customer invoices, purchase entries, and sales bills accurately.
- Record daily accounting transactions and maintain books of accounts.
- Process supplier bills, payment vouchers, and expense entries.
- Reconcile customer and vendor accounts regularly.
- Monitor receivables and payables and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain GST-related records and support GST filing requirements.
- Perform bank reconciliation and petty cash management.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with the sales, procurement, and project teams for billing and documentation.
- Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and financial documents.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in billing and accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the construction, contracting, or building materials industry.
- Knowledge of inventory and stock accounting.
- Familiarity with ERP or accounting software is an added advantage.
