Job Description – Calling Person / Telecaller
Position: Telecaller / Calling Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Calling Executive to handle customer calls, provide product information, follow up on inquiries, and support sales activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-friendly approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update databases regularly.
- Address customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with calling software.
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Fluency in Hindi; knowledge of English is an added advantage.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Full-Time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Karol Bagh, Delhi, Delhi
