Role Overview
We are seeking a highly accomplished Data & AI Leader to drive enterprise-scale AI transformation, Generative AI initiatives, and data-driven innovation. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, leadership, and revenue ownership, with experience in delivering measurable business outcomes through AI solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building AI practices, leading global teams, driving GTM strategies, and achieving revenue or cost optimization goals through AI-led transformation.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI Strategy & Transformation

Define and execute enterprise-wide AI and Data strategy aligned with business objectives

Lead Generative AI and Agentic AI initiatives across functions

Drive digital transformation through adoption of AI/ML, cloud, and data platforms
-
Build reusable AI accelerators, frameworks, and assets
2. Business Impact & Revenue Ownership

Drive revenue generation through AI-led solutions, GTM strategies, and innovation programs

Own and contribute to pre-sales, RFP responses, and solution positioning

Deliver measurable business outcomes such as:

Revenue growth

Productivity optimization

Partner with leadership and stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and scale solutions
3. Leadership & Team Management

Build and lead high-performing global teams (50–100+ members)

Mentor data scientists, ML engineers, and AI specialists

Establish Centers of Excellence (CoE) for AI and analytics

Drive cross-functional collaboration across geographies
4. Solution Design & Delivery

Architect and deliver end-to-end AI/ML solutions across domains

Implement advanced analytics use cases such as:

Customer analytics & personalization

Fraud detection, AML, KYC

Lead scoring, segmentation, and sales optimization

Forecasting, anomaly detection, and automation

Ensure scalable deployment using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
5. Innovation & Emerging Technologies
