Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Scheduling
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements specific to residential real estate.
- Create and manage detailed construction schedules and milestones, ensuring timely completion of all project phases.
- Conduct regular progress meetings to review status, assess risks, and implement timely corrective actions.
Site Management & Execution
- Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring alignment with project designs, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate construction activities, monitor workflows, and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Supervise subcontractors, vendors, craftspeople, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution.
Budgeting & Cost Control
- Prepare, manage, and track project budgets including cost estimates, forecasts, and expenditure reports.
- Implement cost-control measures to ensure project completion within financial constraints.
- Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors for cost-effective procurement without compromising on quality.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Enforce quality control protocols to ensure work is completed in accordance with design specifications and standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective measures to maintain high construction standards.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements.
Health, Safety & Risk Management
- Develop and enforce robust safety plans to minimize worksite accidents and health risks.
- Proactively identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure full compliance with legal and environmental standards.
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams including engineers, architects, contractors, and internal staff.
- Delegate tasks effectively, monitor performance, and ensure collaboration across all teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and safety on-site.
Stakeholder & Client Communication
- Act as the main point of contact for developers, clients, government bodies, and other stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates, address client concerns, and maintain transparent and professional communication.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships through effective client management.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain and safeguard all project-related documentation including permits, designs, contracts, inspection reports, and correspondence.
- Ensure proper filing and retrieval processes for compliance and audit readiness.

Candidate Profile:
- Candidates must have a minimum of 3–4 years of experience working specifically in a Project Manager role.
- Proven experience in managing civil construction projects for high-rise residential towers.
- In-depth knowledge of residential building codes, construction standards, and project lifecycle.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent negotiation, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination with all stakeholders.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
