Purpose: Provide hands-on technical leadership and solution architecture for Husqvarna Group's servitization platform ecosystem, enabling scalable subscription business models across multiple divisions and product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain the overall solution architecture spanning Keylight subscription engine, Decisions orchestration platform, Service Contract Master API, Price Edge, Salesforce Commerce, and supporting systems
- Act as technical lead for developers, providing mentorship, code/configuration reviews, and technical guidance
- Assess technical feasibility of and translate business requirements into proposed solution approaches
- Document architecture direction, define technical guidelines, integration patterns and principles to ensure seamless data flow across the ecosystem
- In collaboration with other architects (SCM, SPC, Decisions platforms) maintain a coherent end-to-end architecture
- Ensure solution scalability and drive continuous improvement of platform capabilities and technical standards
- Design low-code orchestration flows and establish best practices for workflow automation
- Lead technical discussions with Keylight vendor and other platform providers
- Assist in problem troubleshooting and assess data quality and consistency across the landscape
Required Competencies:
- 5+ years in solution architecture roles, preferably in subscription/SaaS business models
- Strong experience with API-based integrations and enterprise service bus patterns
- Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms
- Understanding of subscription management platforms and billing systems
- Experience leading and mentoring developers
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong stakeholder management across business and technical audiences
- Experience with cloud-based SaaS platforms and their configuration
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, pricing engines and entitlement systems beneficial
