PURPOSE OF THE ROLE To provide day-to-day SAP HANA support to plant/warehouse users and ensure smooth functioning of SAP processes across SD, MM, PP, and basic FI modules. Day to monitoring of Report and Build Dashboard.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the IT support function, ensuring timely resolution of user issues and providing training on new technologies and system. Provide day-to-day SAP HANA / SAP ECC support to plant users across SD, MM, PP modules
Manage and maintain SAP Hana Master Data (Customer, Vendor, Material, Internal Orders) ensuring data accuracy and compliance
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Order to Cash (Sales Order to Billing) SD process. Support Procure to Pay cycle (PR, PO, GRN, MIRO, Vendor Payment coordination). Assist plant team in Production process related transactions (BOM, Routing, Production Orders, Confirmations)
Good command on Microsoft Office 365 applications, especially MS Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas, and reporting).
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE - 6 years +
COMPETENCIES
Hands on experience of SAP HANA (FICO / SD / MM modules)
Good understanding of SAP HANA master data structure and integration impact
Hands-on troubleshooting capability in live SAP HANA jenvironment
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and identify root causes. Good knowledge of O365 for data validation and analysis
Quick learner with adaptability to new SAP changes
Exposure to SAP HANA reporting tools
