Job Title: Social Media Manager

About Us: FBCH Private Limited (Franchise Consulting House) is a business consultancy and real estate firm best known for operating the Delhi Chai Cafe franchise.
What You’ll Do:
1. Manage 4 Platforms: Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, Google My Business for all outlets
2. Content Creation: Shoot reels, click photos of food/drinks, design posts in Canva. 5 posts + 10 stories per week minimum
3. Community: Reply to all DMs/comments within 2 hours. Handle customer complaints on social media politely
4. Trends: Create content on Durga Puja, Poila Boishakh, Diwali, Christmas, World Coffee Day. Jump on viral trends fast
5. Influencers: Coordinate with Kolkata food bloggers for barter/collabs. Track ROI
7. Create 15-20 graphics + 8-10 reels per month per client using Canva/Premiere Pro
8. Reports: Weekly report to founder – followers growth, best performing post, leads from social
What We Need:
- Must have handled Instagram for a cafe/restaurant/cloud kitchen before
- Canva + CapCut + Basic photography with phone
- Language: Hindi , English & Bengali
- Weekend posts important
