Key Responsibilities
- Computer Hardware Troubleshooting & Maintenance
- Network Administration (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
- Server Management (Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP)
- Storage Solutions (NAS, RAID Configuration, Backup Management)
- CCTV Installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting
- Firewall, Router & Switch Configuration
- IT Infrastructure Monitoring and Support
- User Support and IT Asset Management
- Vendor Management
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments
- Experience in Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DNS, and DHCP administration
- Proficiency in network troubleshooting and infrastructure management
- Knowledge of backup solutions, data security, and disaster recovery
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Ability to manage and coordinate with external vendors and service providers
Experience
3–6 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure and System Administration and Network Management.
Working Days - 6 Days a week

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
