Position: Retail Store Manager

Location: Haldwani, Uttarakhand
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth store functioning.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store targets.
- Monitor customer service standards and ensure an excellent shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product information, purchases, and issue resolution.
- Ensure proper stock availability, replenishment, and merchandise display on the sales floor.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and discipline on the floor.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager regarding sales performance, stock requirements, and operational issues.
- Prepare and share daily sales updates and floor performance reports.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
- Support promotional activities and drive sales initiatives to maximize revenue.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in fashion/apparel retail.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and customer handling abilities.
- Basic computer skills for billing and reporting.
- Energetic, target-oriented, and well-groomed.
Position: Sales Executive
Location: Haldwani, Uttarakhand
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Industry: Retail / Fashion Apparel
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend customers and assist them with product selection.
- Achieve individual sales targets.
- Maintain product display and cleanliness in the store.
- Handle billing and packing of products.
- Ensure good customer service and promote repeat business.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager for daily tasks and updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in retail sales (fashion/apparel preferred).
- Pleasant personality and good communication skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends.
- Energetic, presentable, and customer-focused.
