Key Responsibilities1. ERPNext & Frappe Development
- Customization: Build custom apps, DocTypes, custom workflows, and advanced dashboards.
- Scripting: Write efficient Client Scripts, Server Scripts, Scheduled Jobs, and Hooks.
- Reporting: Design complex Script Reports, Query Reports, and Jinja print formats.
- API Crafting: Develop secure, high-performance custom REST APIs and Webhooks.
2. Business Module Customisation
- Customise and scale core modules: HRMS, Payroll, CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounts, Fixed Assets, and POS.
- Build specialized workflows for Lending, Helpdesk, Projects, and Quality Management.
3. System Integration
- Connect ERPNext with WhatsApp APIs, Payment Gateways, and Shipping/SMS providers.
- Integrate hardware including Biometric machines, Barcode scanners, and RFID devices.
- Sync data with external platforms like Tally, Government compliance portals (GST), and legacy ERPs.
4. Database & Performance Optimization
- Write highly optimized SQL queries and design clean MariaDB/MySQL schemas.
- Debug slow background jobs, configure Redis caching, and reduce database load.
5. DevOps & Linux Administration
- Manage Bench environments, multi-site setups, Nginx configurations, and Supervisor.
- Deploy and maintain environments using Docker, Docker Compose, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Oversee server security, SSL configurations, and database backup/recovery plans.
6. Technical Leadership
- Enforce strict Git workflows, perform code reviews, and maintain clean documentation.
- Provide sprint planning support and act as the escalation point for critical production bugs.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
