About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in MS Excel and have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and product listing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in uploading and managing product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
- Ensure accurate product information, images, pricing, and inventory updates.
- Coordinate with the operations team to track listings and resolve listing errors.
- Maintain and update reports using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Monitor competitor listings and pricing strategies.
- Support day-to-day backend operations.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, sorting/filtering, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Basic understanding of e-commerce marketplaces and product listing processes.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Must be available for a full-time, 6-month internship.
