We are looking for Electrical Engineer – Switchyard Central Control Room (CCR) at Gurugram
Key Responsibilities
Central Control Room (CCR) Operations Monitor and operate switchyard and transmission assets through SCADA, RTU, and HMI systems. Ensure safe, reliable, and uninterrupted operation of EHV substations and associated equipment. Continuously monitor alarms, trips, faults, annunciations, and system abnormalities. Perform switching operations as per approved SOPs and Grid requirements. Coordinate with RLDC, SLDC, Load Dispatch Centers, and field operation teams for outage management and restoration activities. Issue and clear PTW (Permit to Work) for maintenance activities. Maintain system availability and ensure uninterrupted power transmission.

Technical Skills Required
Hands-on experience in SCADA and CCR Operations. Knowledge of EHV switchyard equipment up to 765kV. Understanding of SLDs, interlocks, protection schemes, and switching procedures. Familiarity with RLDC/SLDC coordination and Grid Code requirements. Knowledge of PTW systems and operational safety practices. Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Central Control Room (CCR) operations of EHV substations and switchyards. Experience in 220kV, 400kV, or 765kV substations/switchyards is mandatory.
Education : Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
