Role Summary
The HR Manager will be responsible for the full spectrum of human resource functions across the organisation's three office locations in Hyderabad, Bangalore and Ramanagara, and its active construction sites. The role requires managing a dual workforce — office-based professional staff and a large contingent of contract/daily-wage site workers — while ensuring statutory compliance, building HR systems, and supporting the company's growth.
Experience Required
10-12 years in HR; Last 3 years being in construction / real estate.
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
٠ Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for both Head Office and Project Site employees, including technical, non-technical, skilled, and unskilled workforce hiring. Ensure smooth induction, documentation, and employee integration across all locations.
2. Payroll Management & Statutory Compliance
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, statutory filings, and employee benefits.
3. Site Workforce Management
٠ Employee documentation, contractor compliance, attendance verification, and employee relations across all project sites.
4. HR Policy Manual & Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
٠ Develop, implement, and periodically review HR policies, procedures, and SOPs to support organizational effectiveness and legal compliance.
5. Performance Management
٠ Administer performance appraisal systems, goal-setting processes, employee development plans, and performance improvement initiatives.
6. Learning & Development
٠ Identify training requirements and coordinate learning programs to enhance employee skills, productivity, and professional growth
7. Employee Relations & Engagement
٠ Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives, grievance management, disciplinary processes, and POSH compliance
8. HR Administration & Compliance
٠ Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance, leave administration, and regulatory compliance across all locations.
9. MIS Reporting & Analytics
٠ Generate HR metrics, workforce reports, and compliance dashboards to support management decision-making and business objectives.
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹99,000.00 per month
