Once you are here, you will:• Develops, implements and administers compensation strategies, policies andprograms for the organization• Manage Compliance, Payroll and Benefits Administration at a PAN India level, both forStores and Corporate offices• Driving Key Human Resources Systems & Processes (Performance Management,HRMS processes, Disciplinary Action, etc.)• Drive Culture & Employee Engagement across all levels in the Corporate andOperations function• Sustainable commitment to community: CSR initiatives & programs at the stores &organization level• Focus on leveraging technology (ZingHR) to drive process and program efficiencies.• Provide insights for long term strategic decisions to the support, operations teamthrough analytics• Analyses business challenges and HR programs to identify improvementopportunities.• Understands all applicable governmental regulations and advocates compliancerequirements.• Provides consulting and business partnering to leaders in achieving companyobjectives.• Responsible for implementing several Human Resources related functions foremployees at stores and corporate office such as employment, labor relations,compensation, learning and organization development, diversity, records, benefitsand team member services.• Collaborates with respective teams for rollout of updated or new programs andinitiatives.• Drive Diversity & Inclusion Programs at an organization level
