Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Assembly Fitter to assemble mechanical components and machines as per drawings and production requirements. The candidate should have basic technical knowledge, fitting skills, and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble machine parts and mechanical components as per drawings.
- Perform fitting, drilling, tapping, and alignment activities.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely.
- Check component quality before and after assembly.
- Maintain production targets and quality standards.
- Identify and report defects or assembly issues to supervisors.
- Support installation and testing activities when required.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in assembly or fitting work.
- ITI Fitter / Mechanical qualification preferred.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical drawings and measuring instruments.
- Ability to handle hand tools and assembly equipment.
- Physically fit and willing to work in shifts.
