JOB ROLE:
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming sales inquiries through various channels like Whatsapp sensy, instagram, etc.
- Provide detailed information about our products and address customer queries effectively to generate interest and sale leads.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to engage in meaningful conversations with potential customers.
- Proactively follow up with leads and inquiries, nurturing them through the sales funnel to conversion.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Required: Fluent in Hindi or other regional languages if any. (Any one- English/ Malayalam/ Telugu)
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
