Sales Associate – Retail Jewellery | Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with their jewellery purchases.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers.
- Maintain excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
- Ensure proper display and handling of jewellery as per SOP.
- Support billing, stock verification, and inventory management.
- Handle customer queries and after-sales service professionally.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, visual merchandising, and personal grooming.
- Follow company policies, security guidelines, and operational procedures.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
