Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience in designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital products. The ideal candidate should have expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and creating seamless user experiences across web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design specifications.
- Design responsive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX issues and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, design thinking, and user-centered design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing tools.
- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with design systems and accessibility standards.
- Knowledge of interaction design and animation tools.
- Familiarity with user analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Mixpanel.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
