Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented LSP Supervisor to oversee last-mile delivery operations and ensure timely, accurate, and efficient delivery of milk and dairy products to customers. The role involves managing delivery partners, optimizing routes, monitoring performance, and maintaining high service standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage delivery personnel to ensure all delivery routes are covered efficiently.
- Monitor daily delivery operations and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and minimize delays.
- Track delivery performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure smooth and accurate order processing.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve delivery-related issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain delivery records, attendance, and operational reports.
- Ensure delivery vehicles and equipment are maintained and comply with safety standards.
- Train delivery personnel on company procedures, safety practices, and customer service expectations.
- Implement and enforce company policies related to delivery operations and service quality.
- Monitor delivery exceptions and take corrective actions to ensure service continuity.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, delivery operations, or team supervision.
- Experience in FMCG, dairy, e-commerce, or last-mile delivery operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations will be an added advantage.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
