- Essential Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory / Preferred
- OR CA + MBA (Finance)
- OR CMA / ICWA with strong corporate finance exposure
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce / finance / accounting
- Preferred Additional Qualifications:
- MBA / PGDM in Finance
- CFA (added advantage)
- Certification in Treasury / Risk Management / Financial Modelling / ERP Finance Systems
- 18–25 years of overall experience in Finance, Corporate Finance, Treasury, Taxation, Budgeting, Banking, Compliance, Governance, and Strategic Financial Management.
- Minimum 8–10 years in senior leadership roles handling enterprise finance responsibilities.

The VP – Finance & Corporate Finance will lead the organization’s financial strategy, treasury operations, budgeting and forecasting, banking relationships, taxation, compliance, governance framework, risk management, board reporting, and corporate financial planning. The role will ensure financial stability, capital efficiency, regulatory compliance, and strategic support for business growth and expansion.
The position acts as the financial custodian for corporate governance, financial planning, capital deployment, and enterprise risk management.

This role functions as the corporate financial and governance custodian of the organization, driving financial sustainability, strategic growth, capital efficiency, and enterprise risk control.
To provide strategic financial leadership through effective treasury management, budgeting, capital planning, taxation, governance systems, risk controls, compliance oversight, and management reporting while supporting organizational growth, profitability, and sustainability.
