Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate leads, visit potential customers, promote company products/services, and achieve sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships and expanding the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit clients, dealers, distributors, and potential customers in assigned areas.
- Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
- Present and explain company products/services to customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat business.
- Prepare daily visit reports and sales activity reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
- Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or a related role.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Preferred Requirements
- Valid driving license (preferred).
- Own two-wheeler (preferred).
